Gang Sheet Questions

What file format do you need?

PNG with a transparent background is preferred. PDF and AI files also work. Minimum 150 DPI at print size. We'll review your files before printing and flag any resolution issues.

What size sheets do you offer?

We print gang sheets up to 22" wide and any length. Common sizes are 22"×12", 22"×24", and 22"×48". The longer the sheet, the more you can nest — and the better your cost per transfer.

Can you nest / arrange my designs for me?

Yes — just send us your individual design files and tell us how many of each you need. We'll build the gang sheet layout to maximize every square inch. Or send us your own pre-built layout and we'll print it as-is.

What heat press settings do I need?

325°F (163°C), medium pressure, 15 seconds. Peel cold. Works with any clamshell or swing-away heat press. We include application instructions with every order.
