Embroidery

Raised thread work that elevates any garment. The premium choice for corporate apparel, hats, and workwear.

Thread-by-Thread Quality That Lasts a Lifetime

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric using high-grade threads — creating a textured, three-dimensional result that looks professional and feels substantial in hand.

We digitize your artwork into a stitch file and run it on commercial embroidery machines. The result is a crisp, clean logo that holds up through years of washing and wear — and looks sharp from day one.

Embroidery Questions

What is digitizing and why does it cost extra?
Digitizing converts your artwork into a stitch file that tells the embroidery machine exactly how to reproduce your design. It's a one-time setup fee and once done, we save the file for future orders at no extra charge.
What file format do I need to provide?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best for clean digitizing. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work. Simple, bold logos digitize better than very fine detail — we can advise if your design needs simplification.
Are there design limitations for embroidery?
Embroidery works best with bold, clean designs. Very fine text (under 4mm tall) and ultra-thin lines don't stitch well. Gradients and photo-realistic designs should use DTG instead. We'll review your artwork and flag any concerns before production.
Can I get embroidery on one side and screen print on the other?
Absolutely — combining decoration methods on the same garment is totally doable. Just let us know what you're envisioning and we'll quote both services together.
