Screen Printing

The gold standard for bulk custom apparel. Vibrant, durable, and cost-effective for orders of 12 or more.

The Classic Print Method — Done at a Pro Level

Screen printing pushes ink directly through a mesh screen onto the fabric, creating bold, opaque colors that wash after wash after wash. It's the preferred method for team orders, event shirts, and brand merchandise.

We run an MHM E-Type automatic press, one of the most precise screen printing machines available — giving you consistent, high-quality prints across your entire order.

Common Questions

What file format do you need for artwork?
We prefer vector files — Adobe Illustrator (.AI), EPS, or PDF. These scale without losing quality. Raster files (PNG, JPG) must be at least 300 DPI at print size. Not sure about your file? Send it over and we'll take a look for free.
What's the minimum order?
Screen printing has a minimum of 12 pieces per design. If you need fewer than 12, DTG or DTF printing may be a better fit — no minimums on those.
How many colors can I print?
We can print up to 8 spot colors. Each color requires its own screen, so more colors means a slightly higher setup fee. For photorealistic or full-color designs, DTG printing is a better choice.
Do you print on garments I provide?
Yes! We do customer-supplied printing. We work with most standard garments. Contact us first to confirm your garments are compatible.
